I do not recall Italy on the spider derived server network diagram provided by 305th Division intelligence. If the Frankfurt server was really only a passthrough I highly doubt they would miss Italy.

Does anyone recall access to that report?

I really don’t know just going by what ex cia guy Johnson had to say he seems real but you never know.
It does seem possible that Frankfort was just a pass through.
