President Trump said there is something coming Jan 1 that is (paraphrasing) “already signed” and “no one knows about” is a “big deal”, and “you’ll figure it out”.

That would be today. I haven’t figured it out.

I now think he was referring to an order due to a lawsuit ruling that orders hospitals to post their actual costs for various services. It’s lost in the whirlwind, but Trump claims it will lower costs massively due to price competition.
