Corporations control Media ... Media controls the RAT and derp politicians. That's why ChinaBiden can stay in the basement. Media runs his campaign ... financial powers control the vote counting. (Party supplies warm bodies for ballot stuffing).
Neither the Media nor the politicians negotiated with China to unleash the plague. I think that decision was made above them and they just played their parts.
