I’ve been trying to guess what might be a way forward. Here are some ideas.
1. If there is no vice-president, the president pro tem becomes the presiding officer. That is Chuck Grassley.
2. After unleashing massive evidence between now and the 6th, Senators and Representatives (among others) are arrested for treason. State legislators in contested states are also arrested.
3. These legislatures vote to send a different slate of electors with all the derps arrested and the rest scared to do anything differently.
4. Corrected slate of electors declares a Trump win. A few Dems protest but they don’t stand a chance.

I don’t think you are “far off”, Seems reasonable. My thought is that many in the Deep State have been neutralized. Some have been detained. Some are placed at a point where they have no option but to STFU. No one has heard from Clintons, Obamas, Brennan, Clapper, Soros, Podestas, Kerry, Emanuel, Perez, etc... I hope they are locked down on remote Military bases. My favorite would be Iraq. Let Iran take them out.
It is so hard to sit and wait. Many of us are on the edge of our seats with every bit of information/disinformation being provided. Nothing being said by MSM. Nothing being said by Pelosi and Schumer. DJT can pretty much do what he wants on 1/6/21. The only attempts to stop him will be the little bitches from BLM and Antifa. DJT may be planning to show the Movie ending on many Jumbotrons in DC. Recall the video of the cheaters in Georgia. Who says there are not many other videos from various States showing the fraud(s) being committed. Maybe even a video of Pulitzer and the other ID heroes.
Bottom line: Rats would be going bonkers for Trump to concede. MSM would be freaking out “publicly”. I don’t think the DS knows exactly what DJT is going to do. It seems like DJT is leaving them very little time to respond. Just my Humble opinion.
