....what happens if biden is arrested, and charged before inauguration.. I do not believe Biden will be arrested or charged. After all. He is just a sock puppet at this stage; a pathetic, demented old man being used by the real criminals. What would be the point?

Criminals should be shown no mercy, that’s why. He may be totally demented at this point (or not) but he acted knowingly for a long time.
