I’m trying not to kill any prospective buyers for my house with their beyond stupid questions. We leave, give them 45 min to look. Then we drive up above our house and wait. Sometimes they find us and approach us. Inside I’m like “go away or make me an offer.”
Entitled, lazy, dumb people. We were seriously asked if when we re-layered the pool (re-layered??? you mean re-did the whole dang thing????) did we bury the heater? Yeah.. we were seriously asked that. I asked if they thought the walls had heater coils?? I was really nice, though inside I was thinking.. you are too stupid for my house lol.
Another couple whined if we had to drag our trashcans down to the street?? We said.. “Well, there are several options. Some people have a dumpster, some people use a golf cart, some people hire it out.”
ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? And is that a deal breaker?
Another couple wanted to come look at the house at 7:30 am. That was a big hekk to the no.
I am cranky lol.
