Super easy, just use a muffin pan, put 3 or 4 deveigned shrimp in each put a table spoon of garlic butter, put a slice of havarti cheese, melt- cook until the shrimp are pink at 350. Takes about 7-8 minutes.

I always have raw deveined shrimp in my freezer. Now it’s in my fridge and I have all of the other ingredients in my fridge. That will be my appetizer tomorrow night. Thank you!
