Lolo Soetoro got a geology degree from the University of Hawaii, which for many decades--especially through its East-West Center--has been a hot-bed of CIA training for the Pacific Rim.
Lolo was brought brought to Hawaii to be trained, as was Barry's ostensible (but not actual) bio-dad, BHO I. The latter was brought in for training, also under CIA auspices.
Lolo was known as an assassin that killed many of the politically active ethnic Chinese, while Stanley Ann Dunham worked as a fledgling anthropologist for a series of CIA front organizations in Indonesia.
Ann would identify 'em and Lolo would take 'em out. Is there any wonder why growed up little Barry would later as president say, "I'm really good at killing people." He was well acquainted with the workings of a several-year long coup and the killing machine in which Stanley Ann and Lolo had steeped themselves.
The Deep State often rewards its good soldiers through stock in insider-advantaged companies (Haliburton (Did someone mention Dick Cheney?), Google, Microsoft, Netflix, Amazon, Facebook, etc).
