I "borrowed" some of the phrasing of that title from the commander of an air craft carrier, dispatched by George Bush Jr. to the ME in the wake of 9/11. Seems fitting here.
According to the MSM, the commander announced over the PA system as the carrier left its US port, "Peace on Earth to all men of good will. All others, stand by."
And here they are, standing by.
