Yes, and their flagship US securities sub fronted the cash (UBS Securities LLC) but the buyer was UBS Securities fka Beijing Securities. In 2018 UBS increased its stakehold to a 51% controlling interest in UBS Securities. The balance is China State-owned or controlled entities.
