That could be Wood just trying to get a response from the Roberts team by throwing out something he knows is false but he can’t be sued over it.
Wood couched Epstein being alive as a question “Wouldn’t that be something?” Gave himself an out.
I’ve noticed that when something is couched as a question, the answer to the question is almost always no.
