Tillamook is pretty good, but there is something in the background I can’t place when I eat it, and I don’t like that.
And that stuff referred to as “American” cheese may be American, but it most certainly is NOT cheese!
Went out to the Tillamook ‘factory’ when I lived in WA. It’s a real cheese and ice cream factory on a farm! Took the tour, had ice cream, and purchased 10 large blocks of cheese for Christmas presents. It was awesome!
