Well I am in a wait and see mode. Even now things are bad but psychologically things are going to get much worse when the Perverted Drooler is actually install as the titular head of the Deep State™. It is going to grate on our souls more than we know right now. This is going to cause a lot of pressure to build quickly and I can see a secession movement starting in many states.

People like you, who are living in denial and in the past, will not be able to so easily just "move on" to tyranny. You too will be affected just wait and see. Your blood will be up. I have faith.

I don't think sliding into tyranny is going to be so easy. We are in uncharted waters. In the past there was a little hope that we could elect people to at least try do something about the deep state. There was an illusion of democracy. But now both hope and that illusion of democracy are gone. Half the population is feeling hopeless. This is a recipe for violence and massive change... Or not, like you said. You may be failing to take into account a population that lives, from the bottom to the top, in the highest quality of life in the history of mankind. We are not in the time of Washington where even the richest spent the majority of their time in sustenance business... we are a society living in near complete comfort. Those of us that can have military grade weapons, body armor and NVG's that the richest of patriots in the revolutionary war could only dream of... yet until they're marching across our own lawn, very little action will be taken.
