Filed yesterday.
I found this because it was linked in a tweet by @RealMFlynnJr less than 10 minutes ago. I wanted to post that tweet, too, but now the tweet is gone. The tweet only said, “test” and contained the link below:
LOUIE GOHMERT, TYLER BOWYER, NANCY COTTLE, JAKE HOFFMAN, ANTHONY KERN, JAMES R. LAMON, SAM MOORHEAD, ROBERT MONTGOMERY, LORAINE PELLEGRINO, GREG SAFSTEN, KELLI WARD and MICHAEL WARD, Plaintiffs,
v.
THE HONORABLE MICHAEL R. PENCE, VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, in his official capacity. Defendant.
“This civil action seeks an expedited declaratory judgment finding that the elector dispute resolution provisions in Section 15 of the Electoral Count Act, 3 U.S.C. §§ 5 and 15, are unconstitutional because these provisions violate the Electors Clause and the Twelfth Amendment . . .”

-—Very interesting-— it’s filed in Sidney’s website under Texas.
Is there a contradiction between the 3 USC 5 & 15 section 15, and Amendment 12 Electors clause ?
