The meme was posted by FoldSpace. As you know, in Memelandia, it might be hard for anyone to find the paper.
I searched the title of the article shown on the lower left. Google can’t find it, Bing could. I stopped searching as I am behind on other tasks. I like that Google can’t find that article. *smh*
I found the article on what looks like an American blog. I think it’s possible that it was picked up and printed in a little Euro paper, or maybe it’s shopped. Once it goes over a few meme waterfalls, origin is hard to determine.
