That is absolutely NOT the reverse view. That is the real passenger side view with a curbside door, a curbside ladder, and you can read the writing from left to right if you enlarge the picture.
The window in the curbside door is thinner than the driver’s side window and it’s closer to the roof than the window on the driver’s side.

elevation different because we see a handwritten(?)yellow sign taped near door
It has enough in common to be same rig and location. A lot of mystery would be solved if you knew the source of each photo.

What’s “door opening into traffic?” You can park a car with either side facing the curb. One side will always open in to traffic.
