Their scheduling has been incredibly transparent.
Nationwide it appears they took the foot off the gas about two weeks after election day, just after the fraudulent ballot counting was mostly complete.
Of course no one can just put up the yellow CAUTION FLAG and pull the virus off the racecourse ... but I am assuming the FALSE POSITIVES can be just about that easily manipulated by shifting the protocols.
