Reading a Gab thread that states Trump is invoking the Impoundment Control Act of 1974- so he will sign, but red line budget items found to be excessive and reallocate monies as needed. Supposedly he will sign, red line, and resend back to congress. Sauce is a Gab thread only.

I just some searching for the covid bill signing and it’s all junk news that isn’t reliable or detailed. We’ll just have to see.
