I really have been here since April 2, 1998. Used another handle and forgot my password. Honest. I've been here since 1998 also, but lurked for a few years before I signed up. I found FR, by accident on Drudge, listed as Whitewater Files.

Me too. I clicked a link on Drudge for a Pat Buchanan article and it took me to a thread about the article. Lurked for a year or more but didn't join because I was so intimidated by the quality of the posters at that time. FR had some real intellectual fire power back then.
It still does...most of it's on these threads.
