The problem is the SC won’t hear the cases. How can there be any ruling?

If the joint session of congress represents the people and declares the evidence they will hear indisputable, and then throws out the fraud begotten electors, then the courts are out of it, until the US Attorney General files charges against governors, SOS, state AG’s. My dotty idea, anyway.

On 1/6/2021, Pence will "read" the electoral votes to the congress.

If Pence "reads" that Trump won in all states, then Trump will be President still, or again.

If SCOTUS won't hear election cases, then that is what it is.

Besides, Biden, Kamala, and the commie Democrats cannot prove they won anything, or stole anything. They've been busy shredding evidence, and destroying machines.

Are they going to confess to electoral fraud? And then to obstruction of justice? Trying to prove they stole it fair and square?

As the whole world is witnessing, a fair assessment is that every Democrat in elected office in the USA, at any level, for any state or city, got elected by fraud.

We could have a Republican President for the next thousand years, if every Republican vice-President just "read" that the Republican president or presidential candidate won all states. Until the commie Democrats agree to voter ID, secure elections, for citizens only, for living voters only, one vote per person, with adult supervision of the voting and counting.

SCOTUS? SCOTUS? How many divisions does the SCOTUS have?
