Yes, and looking at the tuning head, I cant read the text but the shape is similar to a lot of the old cheaper instruments like a Kay.
But this is not a cheap guitar in any other respect.
Tried to blow it up, couldn’t read it either but long name, didn’t look like English. Elegant solution to the cutaway issue and might be easier than a full cutaway to build since the back doesn’t get cut. A bit less loss of soundbox size also.
