19 million reported cases based on the number of tests given. What percent of the population has been tested?

good question...who knows and how would we know?
to me, tests are a useless indicator.
Anecdotally...
My Son-in-law tested positive. He needed two consecutive negative tests to get out of quarantine. He was tested,(I think)4 more times, the last two being negative. I guessing all 5 tests were reported...
My daughter(his wife) gave blood and they found covid anti-bodies(?)...she never had any symptoms.
Was she reported as tested? was she reported as a positive test case?
