Pence “could” adjourn and re-convene in 10 days to allow States in question to re-confirm their electors. Citing “irregularities” in the vote or the certifications.

I suspect Trump would not be “calling all patriots” to Washington DC on January 6 if this were their plan. I would propose that the die will be cast by then and they are not planning to defer this result any further.
I also personally think that Pence will not have as big a role in this whole event as people seem to imply. But certainly we will know in little over a week from now....
again, if we can believe the above post about Arizona, Pa and Georgia all flipping to Trump within the next week, Jan 6th will merely be a rubber stamp and the party in DC will be epic..
