I had to do some research as I don’t think it’s referenced as yearly in the TV Episode.
Festival lasted 12 hours - started at 6 in the evening and went to 6 the next morning.
There is a reference added in Star-Trek9 to Festival being yearly.
It’s a book of stories based on episodes, written after the fact.
But that’s ok. When Festival came up during these “Q” threads, I didn’t know what was being talked about. I never connected the 2. Bagster hepped me for an oh duh moment.
