I believe that POTUS et. al. knew what they were getting with Pence. Back then, the DS was asleep to the existence of Q.
So they walled him off and played along. The white envelope was enough to make him mad but he never bolted as far as the public knew, so I thought it must be something indirect or relatively minor (He still didn’t know they had it all).
IMHO, at the SOTU, Nancy had just learned Pence was a black hat and was gushing “finally there’s hope” and “We were never going to impeach YOU” as if he were important or she wanted his good opinion. SO he was a sleeper.
I think there was always a diplomatic cover to inserting him, maintaining him. I think he knows what they know now.
Remember early Q, there was a drop that said Q had been informed if they took certain persons (detained?) then the FBI would cease to exist? I always assumed it was Hillary. Now I think it could have extended to a number of key players - anyone who would collapse the structure.
FBI cease to exist? Is that the building? Or DC? I dunno. But I believe that President Trump enterred office against all odds for a reason, and we were awakened for a reason.
