I was thinking that the video would be banned by the tech giants so wanted to collect some of it before that happened.

I should have noted before, I did not create the excellent sub titles. Those were present for viewers who don't speak Ukranian, the language in which the presentation was delivered.

Biden and Poroshenko spoke English. Biden speaks like English is a second language and coherence is an allergy.
