Depending on your weight, that’s like two doses. Are they recommending them 3 days apart?

yes, it has a shelf life of i think 3 days or so- so you would be getting too much if you dosed right the next day- at least this is what I’ve read concerning ivermectin-your body needs time to get rid of a certain amount before you can dose again, to prevent overdose

Yep. For post-exposure prophylaxis, 0.2 mg/kg immediately then repeat day 3.

For pre-exposure prophylaxis (for health care workers) and for prophylaxis in high-risk individuals (> 60 years with co-morbidities, morbid obesity, long term care facilities, etc). 0.15–0.2 mg/kg Day 1, Day 3 and then weekly for 10 weeks, followed by biweekly dosing.

I got enough for Day 1 and Day 3, but not the weekly or biweekly maintenance.
