Wasn’t there an article here on FR a couple weeks ago pointing out that DuckDuckGo is actually using Google, and that you’re being tracked just as much, and you see you less, because of the filtering?

I read stuff like this someone quoted and it influences my opinion:

"Remember when Google introduced Incognito Mode to make you think you were private when browsing? DDG is kind of similar in that people think they are private on the Web when using this search engine, when in fact Google can see everything you do when using it."

thats what I meant by "google owns DDG
