The ethical and moral statement from what I understand is that the moral line in the sand is if a direct product of an aborted baby is being inserted.
The statement as I understand it is that vaccines that are subsequently related in some way to abortion is not necessarily equate as a moral evil to the recipient.
You can argue this ethical stance but you would encompass many more products than just a vaccine
