These two numbers also match on the year dates, because the Gregorian year 1776 was the Hebrew year 5536. 5536 naturally divides such that it adds up to 541.
Explanation:
When the Hebrew letters serve as numerals, they only go up to a value of 400. At that point composites are used; e.g. 700 is written as a tav and a shin (400 + 300).
Once the thousands are reached, the single digits serve for that purpose. Thus the 5000 is written with the letter hei, which normally is a value of 5.
Sorry if this is getting bogged down, but the point is that the year 5536 is written like this:
ה'תקל"ו
The hei is separate, (as the 5 is used as a 5000) followed by the regular value composite sum of 536. Hence 5 + 536 (as naturally divided) = 5 + 536 = 541
July of 1776 was in the Hebrew year of 5536. And 1776 ft. is 541 m. Distance measurements.

I don’t know if you are Christian or more orthodox Jewish in outlook and belief but some have found similar numerical symmetries in the Greek and Aramaic new testament versions as well though obviously not the English translations. Still I’m in awe of the numerical perfections of the Hebrew OT/Tanakh/Torah. As to what relevance some of it has in terms of application to the understanding of current events I am hesitant to say or comment on.
