If Wictor is correct about Pence and Miller etc, this is what I think the complex miltary operation was:
Using the methods described in the above video (and likely more, as the info Wictor describes in brief he says is unclassified, from 2016) was used to collect evidence in Europe - Frankfurt, also IIRC there was stuff in Spain, and what about the people “helping” in Serbia. And also every place where Dominion/Smartmatic tech was used in the US, and ballot counting going on.
National Guard were used extensively during the election “period”, and I read that some around polling places were dressed in civvies. And since Ezra Cohen Watnick’s rather recent position to oversee all civ. Spec Ops, and all Spec Ops reporting directly to Miller and not to whatever mil hierarchy as pervious, looks to me as though various kinds of Spec Ops spent some time in many places collecting massive amounts of evidence.
I think that if this occurred as Wictor posits, Pence was not involved in the mil aspect, but tin dealing with organizing the evidence part, and who gets it, etc.
Just my thoughts, fwiw.

I don’t believe Chris Miller could conceivably admire Pence’s courage and view him as a mentor.
I don’t believe Wictor’s theory is at all plausible because Pence would stand to remain in office if the vote is exposed as fraud; . Pence would be considered biased and at no time would be expected to organize the evidence part, who gets it because his participation could be used to invalidate the data collection (tainted).
Q and Miller know people with experience supporting Special Ops who already know how to perform that function. I believe Wictor “blinked off” again and is helping to cover for Pence.
I believe there was a plan to capture all the fraud. The question remains, when will the Trump team go on offense? The courts continue to be derelict in their duty and continue to dismiss cases due to “standing” and other made up excuses not to hear and rule on cases. Offense. Offense. Offense is needed.
