Thank you for the link HLB. As an aside...one of my brothers crossed paths with J.E. Dyer 15+ years ago, through his work (DOD). About ten years ago I was following articles and asked my brother if he knew her. He said yes, spoke well of her, said she was credible, but didn’t say any more than than.
