Just like as on Facebook, if you can log in as that person, you can post as if you are the account owner.
Thanks. I’ve never used Facebook either, I don’t even have a smartphone (by choice). Sounds like FR, i.e. my husband could log into my FR account and post under my name. What you are saying implies that it could have been a staffer posting under his name.
