See this longer vid, up from the link you posted, Ymani:

RV is behind the traffic sign on the left side of the street.

When the explosion occurs, it looks like it’s not exactly at the RV.

But at the end of the vid, it looks like the RV is burning; there’s red there (but also blue; cop car light?).
