Someone sent this to me last night (drummers understand the humor):
God, for the most part, 80’s music was horrible! Sandwiched between the 70’s and the 90’s, the two greatest decades for music, it didn’t stand a chance.
I love this! Actually liked the Waitresses a lot at the time. Still do!
I kind of liked her constant ironic tone but that chick fronting the Waitresses is the stiffest person in Rock and Roll.
I know what you mean about the ironic tone...I found it oddly...well, intriguing. Heheheheh, I know what you mean about “stiff”!
