Secession: A Gift to the Communists
American Thinker ^ | 22 Dec, 2020 | Andrew Longman

Posted on 12/22/2020 4:33:10 AM PST by MtnClimber

Much as some Americans may long for a secession movement, one of America’s enemies is counting on it.

There is much loose talk about secession among conservatives. Focused as they are on the outrages of the Left – the cheating, the immorality, the welfare-state entitlement, and the rabid anti-Christian beliefs that put men in women’s bathrooms – conservatives think that these represent the fundamental existential threat to the Republic.

They do not.

Over the horizon lies the largest, most well-funded, most well educated, communist power in the history of the earth. It is atheist, secularist, and mercantilist. It has a Navy larger than our own and air forces quickly approaching ours in size and complexity. The communists hate the United States. China is a surplus nation and the USA is a debtor nation.

Let me ask you a question. Could China prevail in a frontal assault on the USA?

The short answer is no. So long as the USA remains a united nation, with a contiguous command of its armed forces, and a more or less intact economy, there is virtually no chance the Chinese could conquer the USA in a direct assault. If they got close, 1000 nuclear warheads would rain on their heads.

But let me ask you another question. Are they, nevertheless, always trying to take us down?

The short answer is yes. Of course they are. The Beijing government is communist. And communism’s goal is to conquer the world. There is never any other agenda in communism.

So long as the USA remains a united nation...

Wake up, Andrew. The split between Constitutional Conservatives and the brain dead, home-grown Marxists is massive. The military is lead by a flock of nancy-boys and wombless women.

The Chinese sees a tottering nation led by their lap dog. Checkmate.

Praying for secession. I am in a position to leave for a seceding state or group of states tomorrow.

You are not alone.

I wrote a little prayer for secession based on Mathew 18:8-9:

If your hand or your foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life maimed or crippled than to have two hands or two feet and be thrown into eternal fire. And if your eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to enter life with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell.

Prayer for secession:

If a state or states causes socialism, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for a Free Republic to go on maimed or crippled than to have all its states and together be thrown into the eternal fire of collectivism. And if the Federal Government causes you to sin; secede from it, peacefully hopefully but secede just the same.. It is better to govern as a sovereign state, smaller and diminished in power than to be thrown into the fire of centralized Federal usurpation

While I can’t disagree with his opinion regarding China’s ultimate objective and I agree that we must keep the republic intact, Mr. Longman misses a number of key points and confuses many others.

The size and complexity of the PLA (which includes the Army, Navy and Air Force) and its technological advances are due primarily to two factors: theft of intellectual property and classified information, much of which was obtained with the assistance of collaborators inside the United States, including the federal government. The alleged sale of 68 Cray mainframe computers to China in 1993 all but assured that the PLA would be able to take advantage of the information they were given or filched.

In terms of economics and US domestic policy, the Chinese almost certainly have more collaborators at large throughout the US than they do inside all three branches of the federal government. Is there any doubt that even victims of the US education system know that small businesses are the foundation of the US economy and capitalism in general? Nonetheless, multiple governors are more than willing to “lock down” their respective states and impose all manner of restrictions and edicts on the citizenry because of “COVID” - the current, universal excuse for everything unconstitutional and objectionable, the only result of which is the wholesale destruction of small business by the hundreds of thousands.

I won’t belabor all of his points, but get to the essence; the United States is in the midst of an insurgency. China has bought US companies; the media, including the news media, movie industry, entertainment and social media; significant influence throughout academia; and politicians at every level of government, including, in my opinion, at least two former presidents, the “president-elect,” his family and more than a few members of his proposed cabinet. What Mr. Longman and most “experts” are missing is that all of this amounts to the fact that the United States is in the throes of a full-blown insurgency, with all of the necessary components in place and active.

With their control of the media at all levels, the Chinese are controlling the vast majority of public messaging today. There is more than circumstantial evidence that, like drugs and precursor chemicals, fake ballots were printed in China and shipped to the United States via Canada and Mexico. How much of the materiel provided to Antifa, BLM and their analogs came from China? I could go on, but what the United States needs now - not in 2024 - is a coordinated, domestic counterinsurgency policy and program and leaders with the moral courage to declare what is happening right now is a bona fide insurgency. We need to recognize that there are belligerents and collaborators throughout our country who are wittingly and unwittingly acting on behalf of the insurgency, whether they are bona fide communists or “merely” corrupt, and we need to “declassify everything,” name names, release the details and take pictures of the arrests - lots of them.

When a country is as polarized with irreconcilable differences of values and identities as ours is right now, there will either be a struggle ending in victory and domination by one side over the other, or a separation, or a voluntary submission of one side to the other, or a mutual destruction leading to a synthesis. One of these results is necessary to resolve the inner conflicts.

A reminder for all, and some in particular, from the front page of Free Republic:

“We're working to roll back decades of governmental largesse, to root out political fraud and corruption, and to champion causes which further conservatism in America.

“Free Republic does not advocate or condone racism, violence, rebellion, secession, or an overthrow of the government.”

So, secession is a gift to foreign communists, but submission to domestic communists in their pay is just fine?

I’m not advocating secession, but surely someone can come up with a better reason against it than that.

a real worthless article.
secession is fine as long as we don’t have to fight another civil war. That would likely take an amendment so isn’t likely but good for us conservatives if it ever becomes practical.
Even better is let Cali,Ore,Wash,Hawaii go form another country. Our electoral chances would improve!

Your comment is so brilliant that it deserves a comment.

My only thought is that one man capable of executing such an operation is Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn. No wonder why Obama warned Trump that Flynn is as dangerous as a nuclear armed North Korean dictator, i.e., he’s capable of destroying their “fundamental change.” And this is exactly the moment to do so.
