Post it on Facebook on some public forum, if you don’t want to post the url from your personal page.
Then you can copy the URL of the public forum and paste it here.
In order to post images here they first have to have been uploaded from your PC or other device to some website that allows you to upload images. Once you do that, go to the following FR Help page for directions on how to grab the image’s url so you can stick it into the HTML code for posting images here.

I forgot to go outside and look. Really warm, too. :(
The two planets will be fairly close together until the end of the month. However, they’ll be setting earlier and earlier each night as the Sun slowly moves into their section of the sky.
Thank you. Usually my sister gives me info on stars, but nothing on this. Probably cuz it’s Christmas.
That galaxy (Andromeda) is supposedly racing towards our Milky Way galaxy at some ridiculously fast rate. However, it’s so darn far away (2.2 million light years, or 2.2 million x 5.9 TRILLION miles) that it will take about 4.5 BILLION years to get here. And by that time the Sun will have gone into its “Red Giant” phase and likely consumed the Earth! So, in any event, we’re doooomed!!!!!!!
Hey....the pics I took with my phone turned out just as, or maybe a bit clearer, than these!
We also set up our telescope.
A fun, and historic viewing.
Odd. I have seen Saturn’s rings as distinct, albeit a tiny image, using a modest 70mmx900mm refractor. Practically same with a 90mm f13 Maksutov. With a 10” reflector Saturn showed pastel bands and the two main rings separate .
The tilt of the rings varies over a 22? year cycle.
Jupiter’s four Galilean moons need only a modest scope or good binoculars, and a few more appear using 8” and bigger scopes. But you can tell them from stars only by referring to current charts.
I got only a few minutes of viewing the Grand Conjunction through a brief patch of clear in a 99+% cloudy sky.
