I can imagine in a perfect world that there would be no need for a special counsel if one of the items Barr is cleaning up before the 23rd is overseeing the arrest and arraignment of one each Hunter Biden. Perhaps HRC as well.

One report says that Hunter Biden has already turned himself in. That would presumably obviate any need for a SC - IF he is cooperating. To be determined.
