Were you using an embed code for that flag video? Can we do that?

No. We can't embed as far as I know. The flag is a gif I recorded using ShareX open source software.

I try to fake an embed. When I post an image of a twitter video and put the twitter link below it, I also try to remember to link the image of the video to the same link so that the image is clickable.

Here's an example:
