What if?

The case is accepted....

Pence could defend himself by making the case that although the elections were fraudulent and illegal and that his codefendants are guilty as sin of election fraud the Constitution Compels him to take the Electors votes at face value as merely the gatekeeper and therefore should be released from the case since it is incumbent upon the House and Senate members to uphold their Constitutional and Fiduciary responsibilities under their Oaths of Office to ensure a Free and Just Electoral process to ensure every citizen is protected under the Equal treatment clause of the Constitution.

He would accomplish this by the use of Subpoena powers to retrieve any and all state voting records, ballots, election materials, voting registers, etc from all states involved and entering them into evidence on his behalf....
