I know this is from the podcast you quoted, but, does anyone know under what authority the fed. marshals can "load up the machines"? Yesterday, supposedly, Ken Cuccinelli (DHS) told Pres. Trump they (DHS) didn't have the authority to seize the voting machines.

I never knoow what to make of Ken Cuccinelli. I supported him wildly when he ran for Governor of VA and then vomited him up when he helped lead the fight against Donald Trump's nomination at the RNC in 2016. He was leading the effort to recruit faithless delegates who would vote against DJT at the roll call.
I assumed he'd been rehabilitated when POTUS tapped him to join the administration...but I still don't trust him.
