I think an eagle image is far "too good" for Kerry. Kerry has a predator stare. Perhaps an image of hyena would fit him better.

Whereas, the eagle reminds me of the presidential seal.

I checked and there are no eagles in the Antarctic.

The composition of the eagle/ice image may imply the eagle has intel on fish that think they're hidden under the ice, but the bird is vibrant, appears to be hunting (no ice skates visible) and doesn't seem to be in peril. John Kerry is in peril. Just my 2. :)

The eagle, in my fevered imagination and unlikely scenario, is the Donald and the good guys swooping on whatever derp command post they got in Antartica.

I had the same thought that the eagle is after something under the ice.
