If this is true and there is proof, John Roberts may decide he needs to spend more time with his family. And Breyer may realize he is not getting any younger.

I would bet they got a LOT more dirt on him (Roberts). I think, if this all pans out, he would prefer to go quietly.

If such a conversation was somehow intercepted, it follows that either Roberts or Breyer (or both) have been under surveillance. This would be a rather unique situation of a SCOTUS Justice being monitered, especially given that John Roberts and the SCOTUS oversee the FISA courts and would have to approve.

That alone makes it unlikely, but if true - that's pretty ominous Unless a cell phone comm was intercepted
