- It is much easier for politicians to shake down a major corporation for donations than 500 small companies.
- Only major corporations can afford to give cushy no-show jobs like board memberships and lucrative speaking fees to politicians.
- Big Business loves regulation because it much more expensive for small business to comply with than for large corporations and drives them out of business.
- Only Big Government can afford to subsidize and prop up business "too big to fail."
