True. HCQ was the best treatment available to the average American for many months, but undermined by the FDA, AMA and Dr Fauci. Ivermectin appears to be much more effective, and of course the same suspects are now calling it “unproven”.
At the Senate Hearing, Dr. Pierre Cory took the medical establishment to task for not pursuing the use of EXISTING classes of drugs. He said there is not a single investigative report from CDC, FDA, NIH and other agencies into the repurposing of existing drugs. They are all focused on pursuing new vaccines. He didn’t go so far as to say it was a government / industry conspiracy to not pursue this line, but he sure obliquely suggested that. Other countries have undertaken exhaustive computer analyses of drugs to identify the best existing drug prospects and these have been very useful at improving therapies. But the US has not led any of this work. That alone is criminal.
