Schweizer was confused about the shipbuilding company, too. There's a China State Shipbuilding Company (China) and a China Shipbuilding Company (Taiwan), now known as CSBC Corporation.

I think McConnell and Chao are made members of the Bush gang which has owned the Republican party since Reagan departed.
