I'm just now looking into it. DNI Ratcliffe did ask in it to enact the executive order of insurrection that Trump created in 2018.
Seems to be about this executive order that changed everything it seems. I'm going to eat if you see something please point it out.

You mean the Sept 12 2018 EO about foriegn interference in elections, seems you mean another one. I have to finally go kill mold and I’ll check in later.

Yeah, don't see that. This is an Obama-era EB on handling a certain type of info.
