I still don’t get why WH lawyers would have anything to say about an EO like that. It’s not Trump doing something. Don’t WH lawyers just vet what the POTUS does to make sure it’s legal? If they had a problem with the EO wouldn’t they have said seomthing int 2918 when it was signed?
