I’ve seen this before and still can’t figure out what the RATs objective was in not printing the ballots properly?

Just in case Trump won? Then they could invalidate the election and send their own electors. Since THEY won, they have no interest in invalidating the election.

That’s the only suggestion I’ve seen thus far that begins to possibly explain it ... which means by inference there was both massive fraud & uncertainty about what the results for RATs would portend.
