I think you're right. This post on decompiling Dominion voting systems looks like a scam. I notice near the bottom it says they use Microsoft Jet OLEDB 4 which would suggest it's their data base. The only system I'm aware of in Dominion that uses Microsoft it microsoft / electionguard-python which is the operating system you can find at Github. I see no indication that Dominion used this Microsoft data base.

I'm going to ask to delete that page.

I think what the writer of that thread did was install SolarWinds / Orion and is really critiquing that - but then things overlap in a way that is very subtle and confusing because the target of the critique is Dominion.
